She's broken.

Nathaniel Ford is the golden boy of SCU. He seems like he has it all, perfect family, awesome friends and fraternity brothers, and a few buildings on campus with his last name on them. But things aren't always what they seem.

From the first time Nate and Olivia bump into each other, literally, he wants more of her feisty attitude, but Olivia throws more walls up with each step he takes closer, and he isn't sure he can break them down fast enough.

After reading a ton of dark, mind-fucky, crazy ass books, I decided I needed to cleanse my pallet with a sweet, down-to-Earth, contemporary Romance, and let me tell you, Waiting to Breathe by Alyson Reynolds was EXACTLY what I needed. It wasn't always sweet, and had some slightly grayer aspects to it, which I loved (Because come on----life isn't perfect, and sometimes you need a little of that realness to reflect in a book). Overly Sweet, Overly perfect love stories make me want to ralph, but this book had JUST the right amount of sweet and broken to clear my mind! I freakin' loved it!

Olivia-- I loved her strength, even when she thought she was falling apart and broken.
Nate-- I loved his witty humor, his nicknames, and his overwhelming need to be there for EVERYONE around him (mom, brothers, Olivia, Finn and even Cora)
Finn-- I loved how much he loved his twin. Even when she was being an unreasonable ass hat.
Cora-- Lemme just say, I can't WAITTTT to read her story next!

Overall, I truly enjoyed this book, and it made my heart feel light and satisfied. I would highly recommend picking up a copy!
